The Beginning
How We Met
Our story begins here — We met through the Facebook dating App. Her smile, His eyes. Each of us clicking YES! We spoke for days. Pretty much nonstop. Jason asked her to dinner. We both sat in our cars before walking in, both of us incredibly nervous. What we thought would be a quick "get to know you over drinks" type date turned into hours talking and laughing.
The Journey
Growing Together
Kim and Jason have both had some wild history in our lives. Both of us losing our Dad. Both of us not having the best track record of past relationships. Finding each other was like finding a missing piece. Being able to be ourselves completely has made us both happier than we have ever been. Discovering the quirks of each other has been so much fun. We laugh constantly.
The Proposal
She Said Yes
For weeks we had just casually been discussing getting married. Together things feel so right. When Jason got her ring size, he played the sneaky game of getting the details of Kims perfect ring. Then he went on the hunt. When Jason found the ring, a planned formed in his head. He decided to include the kids and Kims mom Sandy. Everyone was so surprised when I got down on one knee right in our living room. Kim, all teary eyed let out a happy loud YES!
